Welcome to our "Shouse"!
We are centrally located within a 15-minute drive of Rock Valley and Sioux Center, Iowa, and 60 minutes from Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Our rental is a 1,400 sq/ft "shouse" (shop-house).
The main Level features the living room with fireplace, dining room (seats 11), washer/dryer, master bedroom (king bed), full bathroom, and a game room.
Upstairs are one full bathroom and three bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: four twin beds
- Bedroom 2: one twin bed and one queen bed
- Bedroom 3: one queen bed and a crib
