Welcome to "The Cozy Nest"
This cozy and inviting, fully furnished, two-bedroom home in the village of Norwich, offers a relaxing escape with a perfect blend of comfortable indoor living and a spacious private outdoor oasis—ideal for couples or a small family getaway.
Indoor Space:
• Character Kitchen: The bright, spacious kitchen is truly the highlight of the home! It boasts lots of character and is fully stocked with essential cookware, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and much more.
• Dining Area: A large dining table comfortably seats four people-- perfect for sharing a meal around or having a family game night. A patio door leads directly from here to the spacious back deck.
• Restful Nights: Our two bedrooms both feature queen-size beds and are equipped with blackout blinds for a deep, uninterrupted sleep. (Sleeps four in total). Pack and play available at extra charge upon request.
• Convenient Bathroom: A three-piece bathroom is ready with fresh bath and hand towels, along with complimentary toiletries.
• Relaxing Living Space: Unwind at end of the day in the sunshine, filled living room featuring two comfortable couches.
The Great Outdoors & Amenities:
• Spacious & Private Yard: The backyard is entirely yours to enjoy.
•Fire Pit: End your evenings perfectly at our private fire pit! It is the ideal spot for roasting marshmallows, and soaking in the peaceful night air. Chairs around the fire pit and firewood are provided with your stay!
• Free Onsite Parking: conveniently park with ease right at the home. Ample parking for multiple vehicles.
• Walkable Downtown: You are within walking distance of downtown Norwich, featuring locally owned shops, a bakery, grocery store, and restaurants.
