Scenic 2-bedroom upper loft located outside the village of Brownsville. 1200 sq ft. loft with spacious kitchen, dining and living room. Loft is open concept with lots of natural light with cathedral ceilings. Cozy natural gas fireplace in living room. Deck with sitting and dining area with included BBQ. Full bathroom with shower only and washer/dryer combo.
Also included in the rental is a lower-level rec room with included sitting area, bar, pool table and heated indoor pool.

Bedroom 1 – Queen Bed
Bedroom 2 – Two twin beds, OR 1 King Bed, one single cot and pack ‘n play available upon request.
Living area – One futon and double air mattress available upon request.
Conveniently located 15 minutes directly south from Hwy. 401. Conveniently located within a 20-minute radius of most Reformed churches. 10 minutes from Tillsonburg, 20 minutes from Norwich.
Loft is fully stocked with staples to start your vacation. Items included in rental (coffee, tea, milk, butter, eggs, fresh bread and baked goods, condiments) and a fully equipped kitchen. Games and books available. All linens are included with the rental. A/C split (ductless unit); free WiFi.
Four electric bikes available for rent.
No pets; no smoking indoors.
No Sunday arrival or departure.
